THE SIX-GAME

Writing

It’s a pleasure, it's a job, and it’s my instrument to reflect. I can see freedom and discipline in writing, and my way to that freedom is usually poetry.

Reading

A book per day keeps ignorance away. I read to heal my curiosity, to learn, to travel in time, and to live inside someone else’s mind.

Painting

Painting is my psychotherapy, but my “artworks” need to be invisible.

Cooking

The results of my cooking skills are the only “artworks” that I can give you access to. Enjoy!!

Meditating

All I need for a good life is mindfulness meditation. An empty room, clear oxygen, nature’s sounds, or reiki music, lie down on the floor and completely concentrate on my breath.

Travelling

It’s a cliché, but I love to travel! As you do! Usually, I travel to explore art galleries and contemporary artists, but I also travel to go back in humankind’s history and be part even for a while of other cultures, arts, languages, music, dances, food, and clothes.
